Thirdly, I was happy to find that working with the cord really was not that bad as I had expected.

Overall performance of this mower is solid. I of course have a small front yard and backyard and this mower fits like a glove with the area that I have to mow. The main reason I purchased this mower was for the leaves from the 10,000 trees I have in my backyard and I wanted a mower that could mulch those leaves quickly and efficiently rather than having to blow, rake and bag the leaves as I have done for many years. The reviews I had read recommended this mower and it fit my budget of what I wanted to spend. It mulches splendidly.

I had read bad reviews on the bag but I did not find it that diffucult to work. I bag the leaves from the front yard and I found it to be no big deal. As for the back yard I just mulched the leaves and this mower grinds them up nicely.

As probably with a lot of other people I was worried about the cord and the whole electric mower concept, but when I thought about my other electric yard equiptment such as my leaf blower and weedeater I quickly realized that they have outlasted my gas powered counter parts and using a cord with them is not really that big of a deal and so why would it not be the same scenario for an electric lawnmower. As far as the cord goes not a big deal and as for longevity that I do not know yet but so far it has worked great for 7 months. I am personally sold on electric and particularly this mower. There are a lot of other electric mowers that have received great reviews as well and I am sure they are just as good as this one.
